To clarify who this is - Are you referring to Paul McMann who resides in Weston Ma and also has a home on Winnisquam in Laconia NH - where he rents the propertyout in?

Sucks to be Paul McMann.
Just found out about this site by reading the US District Court of MA opinion where Paul is trying to shut this site down. Too bad that the court told him no.

I seem to be one of the lucky ones as we won a lawsuit against Paul. He is a terrible man.

Well, he made a Federal case out of finding out who owns the website and they denied him. Now he filed for and received a subpoena in Maricopa County Paul McMann v. Does pending in the Maricopa County Superior Court, Case No. CV2006-092226

Well, well, well.
Like a bolt out of the blue I receive news about McMann. He was arrested and is being detained on wire fraud charges.
There is some satisfaction to that, but it doesn't give me back everything I lost financially. It does not give back everything to his numerous victims. It does, however, stop him from hurting others.
